Our batteries are produced in our own facility in Fredericksburg, Virginia. We maintain a huge bank of cells, every core assembly for any hybrid model, and a fleet of vehicles — giving us the full infrastructure to build the right battery for every car, every time.

5-point cell test journey
Every Cell Earns Its Place
Every damaged or failed hybrid battery arriving at our facility is completely disassembled. Each cell then travels through the plant, undergoing 5 rigorous tests. Only cells meeting our strict capacity and delta capacity (variance) standards are selected for the new assembly.
Proven in the Actual Vehicle
The assembled battery is installed and run in an actual vehicle of the same model for at least 30 minutes as our final quality control step. No simulations. No shortcuts. The battery earns its warranty on the road — before it ever reaches you.
